Wednesday Night Training 10/14/09

It was a small showing last night, but Chris and Dave did some solid double pole intervals (5 x 4 minutes). The weather was cold and windy, it sure feels like snow is in the air.

    HURT - Peru Nordic invites you guys to do the 3 hr Delaney Big Wilmington Loop. We are meeting at 11 am at the 4 corners in Wilmington, finishing at the Toll Booth on Whiteface.
